If the birth preparation classes and courses don't fit your needs, I offer individual instruction for you and your partner. Maybe you have a tight schedule, maybe you want instruction in German or French - or maybe you just prefer the individualised, home setting. The individual instruction is 4 hours, and can include birth preparation or massage techniques for pregnancy and birth. As your day is individualised, the information will be relevant to you, and the contents will be those of your interest. Whether we meet at my consultations facilities or at your home, I will make sure you are fully prepared and ready for the birth!

 

For individual instruction, you can book and pay for it on the website, and I will subsequently contact you to arrange a date and time that fits us both. Alternatively, you can contact me ( send me an e-mail from contact page) first and we will find an appointment which fits into your schedule before going through the booking process.
